Ask for products return once your subscription period is over. Subscription keeps auto extending until you ask for products pickup.

What is CityMax?
CityMax is comprehensive furniture and appliances subscription plan designed to help you furnish your home in one go in a reasonable price. The subscription fee is paid upfront for the whole tenure and you can even opt for no cost EMI. CityMax currently has 4 plans to choose from.
How CityMax works?
It is simple to subscribe to. You simply need to select desired tenure and plan and choose the products you like. After completion of payment and KYC, products get delivered to you within 4 working days.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, you need to pay upfront rental for the selected tenure as there is no security deposit. Optionally you can also opt for no cost EMI.
Can I Swap Some Products?
Yes, you can request an exchange for any product selected as part of CityMax from the same category of plan.
Can I cancel my subscription before completion of subscription period?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before or within 48 hours after delivery and receive a full refund for the items. Please note that if you cancel after 48 hours and before the agreed term, you will receive a refund equivalent to one month's subscription fee.
What happens if any product stops working?
If any of the products gets break down in the middle of the subscription, we will get it replaced or repaired. This option is not available if breakdown happens due to misuse.
What is your damage policy?
We cover minor wear and tear which might occur while using the product. Heavy damages due to misuse or negligence might attract penalty.
How soon I will get my delivery?
We will delivery your order within 4 days after completion of KYC.
Who will install the products?
Our trained delivery team will install and setup the products at the time of delivery. There is no additional charge for that.
Which Brand I Will Get For The Appliances?
The brand of the appliances cannot be confirmed as it depends on the availability.
Termination of subscription before maturity
1. If differences between the committed period and actual period is equal to or lesser than 3 months, Early termination charges will be 1 month rent.
2. If difference between committed period and actual period is greater than 3 months, early termination charges will be 2 months of rent.
