We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our company who will act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. An ideal candidate should be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and queries while keeping customer satisfaction as an utmost priority.
1. Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails. 2. Manage tickets and update customer information in the database during and after each call. 3. Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 4. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, manage inventory, maintenance, and upkeep of the warehouse and end-to-end warehouse operations. Ultimately, you will manage the entire warehouse operations from order management, dispatch, and inventory management to order fulfillment.

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, set daily dispatch schedule, track inbound and outbound inventory and collaborate with different departments to maintain operational excellence.
1. Manage the inflow and outflow of stock. 2. Instruct, supervise and inspect the work of subordinates. 3. Carry out physical stock checks for stock accuracy 4. Supervise the unloading of vehicles, checking and movement to locations. 5. Make the GRN and quality check report as per the desired format 6. We are looking for an artful furniture designer to undertake various furniture designing projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and a natural flair for creativity.
1. Understanding and researching consumer tastes and needs in order to manage design projects. 2. Drawing designs by hand or using computer aided design (CAD) software. 3. Building and creating sample models for production teams (e.g. carpenters and woodworkers) to work from. 4. Designing furniture for manufacture, according to knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, capability of production facilities, and characteristics of company. 5. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Executive- Revenue with proven experience in the field of accounting and customer delight. You will be primarily responsible for processing refunds, managing marketplace accounts, preparing invoices, mapping payments and maintaining the accounting database. Ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
1. Managing the status of accounts and balances to identify and resolve inconsistencies. 2. Passing accounting entries in relation to debtors in CRM software. 3. Preparing monthly revenue reports and identifying any leakage in revenue generation. 4. Generating monthly payment receivable reports. 5. Coordinating with other departments in order to resolve any discrepancies in relation to invoicing and payment receipts. 6. Conducting research on refunds, marketplace payout, payment receipt related issues in order to ensure continuous improvement in the process. 7. Handling day to day accounting operations and maintaining the accounting database. 8. Handling customer queries and complaints in relation to payment receipt and refunds. 9. Reconciliation of bank statements, debtors and customer ledgers. 10. Calculating and initiating refund of security deposits 11. Preparing refund reports. 12. Managing the end to end marketplace payment process 13. Verifying orders received through marketplace vendors. 14. Managing B2B Accounts- payment follow-up, collection and ledger reconciliation.
1. Proven experience in an accounts receivable role. 2. Sound knowledge of accounting and finance. 3. Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, knowledge of CRM software (eg. Zoho) is a plus 4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
